摘要ABSTRACT
In the past decade, China has made great achievements in smart city development. Under the background of the city transition and debt problem, China's smart city construction returns to rationality. Therefore, it is particularly important to clarify the characteristics and trends of China's smart city development in the future. The results showed that China attached great importance to simultaneous smart development in the process of new urbanization, and focused on the topdown promotion of smart life at the overall urban scale. In terms of smart city construction mode, the public-private cooperation mode is the current mainstream, and the tripartite cooperation between the government, business and the public will be the important trend to promote the further development of smart city. Besides, China valued the establishment of data centers for the integration of urban system management and operation both at the vertical and horizontal levels .
